Return

If for any reason you wish to return goods, within 7 days of delivery I will be happy to arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.  Items should be returned in perfect condition, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact me at info@g-pot.nl and I will try my best to accommodate any situation. 

Delivery time

Currently I ship items only to EU  countries + UK .   

I send order in 3 days after you place it. In general it takes 1-4 days to deliver it.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please contact me via email within five days. You have to attach images of broken item. If it is not possible to replace item due to its uniqueness, I will return money. 

 

Shipping cost

I send all items with DPD. Here is price list for available countries. Items weight is in description, you should keep in mind package weight as well.
